We want you to subscribe to Ask Engy Premium because you love it, not because you feel locked in. This policy keeps refunds simple and fair.
If Premium is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full. No questions, no forms.
Forgot to cancel before a renewal? If you contact us within 14 days of a renewal charge and have not meaningfully used Premium since it went through, we will refund that renewal.
You can switch off auto-renewal at any time in the subscription portal linked from the app. Cancelling never removes your closet or your data.
Subscriptions are sold by our payment partner, Polar, as merchant of record, so refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights that consumer law in your country gives you.
Email refund@askengy.com from your account email with the word "refund". That is all it takes.
